COURSE AGREEMENT:
Before continuing with this Anger Management course you must certify that you and you alone will be personally completing this course.
As a court required class you agree that under penalty of perjury of law that you have registered for this course under your legal name.
You further attest that under penalty of perjury of law that you and only you have personally completed all the viewing, reading, assessments, and quizzes, and all work required by this course.
It is illegal and punishable by law to present false documentation or make false statements concerning your identity to a court of law.
REFUND POLICY:
I will gladly refund the full amount of your class fee (90 days) if your certificate of completion is rejected by any US court that accepts online-only or distance learning classes for court appointed anger management classes.
PLEASE NOTE: It is up to you to verify with the court ( judge, probation officer, attorney) that an online distance-learning anger management class is accepted in your court system.
In order to qualify for a full refund you must:
- Confirm that the court that assigned you to take an anger management class accepts online-only or distance-learning certified anger classes prior to taking the class.
- You must show a written proof of decline from the court denying my certificate of completion which states the reason the certificate was rejected.
